Once again we have had more guests than the previous year .. we must be doing something right ! We are lucky to have such a beautiful location and some many things to do and see that we just have to provide a lovely place to stay. With most weeks occupied for Oct/Nov it would be wise for any keen fishermen/ladies to consider booking soon if they wish to have a session before the year end, the pike are certainly now starting to feed and several guests are enjoying some large bream catches as well. Kevin managed to get his elusive 20lb + pike yesterday – just – at 20,3/4lb. A good sign for the coming months.

Over the last couple of seasons we have continued to raise the standards of our properties to ensure our guests continue to be impressed and enjoy their breaks. This winter has been no different and in between the winter bookings we have freshened up the interiors of Riverview and Riversedge. New curtains throughout both, additional furniture and the lounge area in Riversedge has had a facelift with dark wooden panels now looking a rather lighter shade of magnolia.
Once again those guests have chosen winter breaks have not been disappointed . The weather has generally been very mild and as we begin to exit February we look forward to the spring just around the corner. The excellent fishing and the general lure of the Broads brings so many guests back every year. However,the locals bird and other wildlife is now becoming quite a draw with otter sightings now very regular,recently a bittern has been spotted twice.
The coming season is again looking busy so we look forward to catching up with many of you in the coming months
